Cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce ( or your favorite combination of lettuces)
1 tomatoes diced
1/2 avocado diced
1/2 cucumber diced
1 green onion chopped
1/4 Cup dried cranberries
2 Tbl. chopped pecans
1/8 Cup Feta Cheese
1/4 Cup chopped or sliced turkey
1/4 Cup oriental noodles
Blend all ingredients together in a bowl and garnish with oriental noodles,
dress with your favorite salad dressing.
