Fish Tacos

1 lb. Tilapia fillets (or another firm white fish)
1 Cup breading mix
2 Tbl. butter or margarine
1 package of coleslaw (ready to eat shredded cabbage)
1 jar coleslaw salad dressing
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup of frozen corn
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
1 package of corn tortillas

Line a pan with foil and melt butter in over at 375 degrees.  Dredge fish fillets in melted butter, then dredge through breading mix coating both sides.  Lay fish fillets in melted butter and bake for 20 minutes.

Prepare coleslaw mix, chopped cilantro, corn and onions in a large bowl.  Add coleslaw dressing, stir well and chill.  Wrap tortillas in foil and place in over to warm.  When fish is cooked, place on platter, and allow each diner to construct their taco at the table.
