Should you ignore your cravings?
There are
times when giving in to a craving is a good idea. You should
have a small portion and just get it over with. When you really want
something, like chocolate, you can eat everything but that and end
up consuming more calories then if you just ate the chocolate. Just,
give in, eat a little to satisfy the craving and then move on. |
