Love Bite-Terribly Romantic!

Stir some icing sugar into a small pot of single cream - to taste
Take two small wineglasses, or very large shot glasses (this is a drink for lovers obviously!)
add a small shot (30ml) of cherry brandy.
Very carefully trickle a small shot's-worth of Parfait Amour on top, and do the same with a small shot of the sweetened cream. You might find that pouring the last two ingredients over the back of a teaspoon might help you avoid making an unpleasant mess.

Parfait Amour

Parfait Amour is a curacao (basically a slightly sweeter triple sec), in this case flavoured with rose petals, vanilla and almonds. Not something I'd recommend on its own, but a great cocktail ingredient.
