Low Carb Pizza

2 Mission Low Carb Tortillas
Pesto Sauce
Tomato Paste
1 small garlic clove
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Pizza toppings (pepperoni, salami, ham, mushrooms, green peppers, onions etc)

Spread Pesto sauce over one of the tortilla's, and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.  Place second tortilla on the top of the one you just spread pesto and parmesan on. 

chop and mix 1 small clove of garlic into tomato paste, then spread paste over the top of second tortilla.  Spread mozzarella cheese over the top of the tomato paste. So now you have two tortilla's stacked on on top of the other.

Top with your choice of pizza toppings and sprinkle a light amount of mozzarella over the top

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
