Man Lover's Meatloaf

1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb. Ground Port
1/2 Cup chopped green and red peppers
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Cocktail Sauce
1/2 Cup sharp grated cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and blend with your hand, squishing it through your fingers until both meats are well blended together. (This also adds lots of love)

Place in bread loaf pan and pat into loaf shape.  Place in oven and cook for 1/2 hour, check and drain any excess water or fat.  Place back in the oven for additional 15 minutes.  Check with meat thermometer for a temp of 160 degrees for medium and 170 degrees for well done.
