Espresso Martini

 




 

Ice cubes
1/2  cup cold brewed coffee
2  tablespoons Coffee Bean Vodka
1  tablespoon half-and-half, or light cream
1  teaspoon superfine or granulated sugar or Splenda

Fill a martini shaker with ice. Add 2 tablespoons Coffee Bean Vodka. Shake vigorously. Strain vodka into a well-chilled martini glass. Add 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee; stir gently. Add a splash of cream or cream-based liqueur if you like. Makes 1 martini.
