Chai Tea Cheesecake

Peach Sauce over Pork
4 large pork
loin chops Peach Sauce: 1/3 C Brwon
sugar Directions: Place 4 Peach tea bags in a tea cup and pour in 1/2 cup of boiling water. Let steep for 4 minutes. Remove tea bags. Set aside. In a sauce pan combine corn syrup and brown sugar. Mix well. Let simmer 1 minute. Add peach tea concentrate to sauce pan. Bring the sauce to a boil. Let cool. Combine Peach sauce and pork chops in a skillet. Cook over low heat until pork is cooked through. ( Approx. 1/2 hour )
