1 head green cabbage finely, shredded, chopped or grated
1/4 head purple cabbage chopped finely, shredded, chopped or grated
1 Carrot shredded
1 white onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1 Apple finely, shredded, chopped or grated
1/8 cup finely chopped pecan pieces
2 Cups salad shrimp
1 tsp. Dill weed
1 tsp. celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing
1 Cup Mayonnaise, diluted with a little cream, or milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. scraped onion
1tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Prepare cabbage, carrot, onion celery, apple pecan and shrimp and mix together in a large salad bowl.  combine the dressing ingredients and whisk together in a small bowl, then pour over the salad stirring it in thoroughly.  Chill and serve!
