Spaghetti Squash with Marinara Sauce

 

1 Large Spaghetti Squash
1 Jar of Marinara Sauce
1/2 to 1 Cup of grated parmesan cheese

Cut squash lengthwise and clean out seeds and membranes.  Place in a microwave safe dish and microwave on high until soft,15 minutes. Remove from the microwave, and let it cool. Be careful..very hot!

When cool enough to handle, half it lengthwise and scrape out the seeds, and throw them away. Gently remove squash strands with 2 forks and add them to the sauce.

Stir in grated parmesan cheese
