Stuffed Red Peppers
4 Large Red Peppers, sliced in half & cleaned Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour water into deep pan, ( I use my grandmother's cast iron Dutch oven) and place baking rack in pan. In a large bowl, blend ingredients together thoroughly. Fill red pepper halves with ground turkey breast mixture and set on rack in pan. Cover and cook for 40 minutes. Uncover and pour tomatoes over the peppers, cook additional 15 minutes. |
